I have provided that kind of representation for my clients for over 20 years and have won multiple awards doing so. I have served on an influential evidence conference in Richmond, Virginia and argued cases at the Virginia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
Perhaps more importantly however, is communication. It is said that the chief complaint clients have with their attorneys is lack of communication about the status of their cases. I have long made it a priority that my clients know as much about their case as I do. To that end, I make every effort to return calls or emails within the same day (or sooner) as received. When your liberty or your job is at stake, you deserve nothing less.
